Store Quality

We put care into every product we sell. Each release is unique and created with care.

Sales Policy

All sales are final. Once your order ships, we do not accept returns.


Order Limits

Some items may have purchase limits. Orders violating these may be canceled or accounts banned without notice.


Who is Hypergun?

We're the official online store for Nicalis products. All items are authentic and officially licensed.


Accounts

Accounts are optional but give you access to past orders and future benefits. Orders placed without an account can't be merged into one later.


Order & Payment Status

Order Status:

  • Open: Processing

  • Closed: Complete

  • Cancelled: Not processed, refunded

Payment Status:

  • Authorized: Valid payment

  • Pending: Awaiting confirmation

  • Paid: Successfully charged

  • Refunded: Money returned

  • Voided/Partially Paid/Refunded: Various partial billing scenarios


Shipping & Delivery

General:

  • Shipping is FOB Origin (our responsibility ends when handed to the carrier).

  • We package securely but can't guarantee perfect boxes.

Domestic Orders:

  • Usually ships within 3-4 business days (Mon-Fri)

International Orders:

  • Most duties/taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

  • We do not declare lowered values.

Refused Packages:

If you refuse an international shipment or fail to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable. This includes packages returned to sender due to non-payment or refusal at customs.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can only offer a refund once the item is returned to us, minus original shipping costs. Reshipments can be arranged but will require the customer to cover the new shipping charge.

Restocking Fee:

  • If a return is approved (rare), a 15% restocking fee applies.

Tracking Info:

  • Sent by email and available in your account.


Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover. Gift credit cards with those brands are also accepted. No multiple payment methods per order.


Pre-Orders

  • Charged at the time of order.

  • Contact us before shipment for cancellations. After shipping, returns are not accepted.

  • Orders with preorders ship when all items are ready.


Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns for minor imperfections or damaged packaging.

  • Game discs/cartridges may be covered under a limited warranty. Contact support.

Didn’t receive your item?

  • Check tracking.

  • If marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier. If insured with Route, file a claim at claims.route.com

Account Bans

Accounts may be banned without notice for:

  • Using bots or automation

  • Chargebacks

  • Excess orders / bypassing limits

  • Fraud or abuse
